Returns and Exchanges

We do our best to provide all necessary information to the customer for sizing decisions. We are happy to help you in any way we can before you purchase, so don't hesitate to contact us for sizing help or with any specific questions about an item via email or on our Facebook group or page.
We keep track of all inventory as best as we can, but sometimes things don't communicate correctly. In the event that an item purchased is not in stock, we will do our best to provide an alternative item or size of your choice or issue a refund.
Sales prices are only honored during the sale time frame and dates and times are subject to change at our discretion.
All Facebook contest winners MUST be a fan of the Facebook page and a member of our Happy Hour group (we can tell). Entrants must follow the entry rules of said contest and there must be at least 90 days between winnings. Winners are chosen at random (most likely via a live feed) and will be announced in our Happy Hour group. If the prize is unavailable for whatever reason at the close of the contest, we reserve the right to substitute an item or issue a code as an alternative.
We also reserve the right to decline a chosen winner or choose another winner for reasons including but not limited to not following the entry rules of the contest, not a fan of the FB page or a member of the group, etc.
All prizes must be claimed within 24 hours. Prizes cannot be passed to another person.
We are more than happy to accept exchanges of items that need to be exchanged due to size. While we do our best to provide every outlet possible for sizing needs, we understand that buying online can be hard and are happy to exchange for the correct size.
If your item is sold out, we reserve the right to offer an alternative item or decide not to exchange. Please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), our Facebook page, or group if you need help choosing the correct size.
Returns are accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with tags still attached.
All returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the item, timed from tracked delivery, and postmarked within 10 days of the date you received your shipment. In short terms, you have 10 upon receival of the item to get that sucker back in the mail to us. Customer is responsible for shipping item back to us and shipping of new item.
Items that smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have any signs of visible wear will not be accepted and will be shipped back to customer at their expense. No exceptions to this rule. If customer fails to pay for return shipping, customer will receive partial refund at the discretion of Coffee Clothing Co.
Please inspect all your items upon receipt. We check all of our items prior to shipping and log everything, but if you have received a damaged item, it must be reported within 2 days of receipt, timed at tracked delivery.
Upon ordering any pre-order items, you understand that these items are currently out of stock in our shop but are available to purchase prior to us placing an order. The customer assumes all the risk of purchasing a pre-order.
All of our pre-order items will have an estimated time of arrival (ETA) in the description. However, pre-orders are in the hands of the supplier and could be delayed or out of stock. Coffee Clothing Company does not offer refunds for late or canceled (by the customer) pre-orders, but we will issue store credit for the amount paid if the customer does decide to cancel their pre-order.
If the item is cancelled from the vendor, we will contact you and offer an alternative or issue a refund, otherwise you will get a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled and is on it's way to you.

Once your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with an address to ship your item to. Provide tracking upon shipment.
The following are items not available for returns or exchanges:
- "Last Chance" items, "Clearance" items
- Bras or base garments
- Items won in a contest
- Any special sale items (excluding "first time buyer discount"
- Any item you did not pay for
We reserve the right to change, add to, or update any and all of the policies on this page.
